1. No vehicle shall be considered reserved until the booking is confirmed and the required advance payment is received.
2. Vehicle allocation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
3. In rare operational circumstances, a similar-category vehicle may be provided without affecting the agreed service standards.
4. The above rate is valid for 7 days from the date of this quote.
5. The booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking advance.
6. Failure to clear pending dues may result in suspension, modification, or cancellation of services without liability on our part.
7. **MID-SERVICE CANCELLATION**
8. Any curtailment, early termination, refusal to continue, or voluntary discontinuation of services after commencement shall attract:
9. 100% charges for utilized services
10. Applicable cancellation charges for future confirmed services
11. No refund for unused vehicle hours, kilometres, tolls, parking charges, or driver allowances already committed
12. **IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS**
13. Reporting & Timings
14. Guests are requested to report at the designated pickup location on time.
15. Delays caused by late reporting may result in reduced sightseeing coverage or additional charges.
16. Vehicle Usage
17. The vehicle shall operate strictly as per the agreed itinerary and duration.
18. Additional kilometres, waiting hours, route deviations, or extensions shall be chargeable extra.
19. Driver Regulations
20. Drivers shall adhere to local traffic regulations and driving hour limitations.
21. Guests shall not compel drivers to operate in unsafe conditions or beyond legal driving limits.
22. Force Majeure
23. Easo Ride shall not be responsible for delays, route alterations, vehicle restrictions, or additional expenses arising from:
24. Natural calamities
25. Landslides
26. Floods
27. Political disturbances
28. Road closures
29. Government restrictions
30. Strikes
31. Accidents caused by third parties
32. Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
33. Any additional expenses arising from such situations shall be borne by the guest.
34. Guest Responsibilities
35. Guests are responsible for maintaining proper conduct during the journey.
36. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers shall be recoverable directly from the guest.
37. Service Liability
38. While every effort shall be made to provide uninterrupted services, Easo Ride\\\\\\\'s liability shall be limited to the value of the transport services booked.
39. Jurisdiction
40. Any disputes arising from the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal.
41. **ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS**
42. Payment of the booking amount signifies that the guest has read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions mentioned above.
